Good Morning + Bad Oldesloe

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room service was great for a late check-in. We ordered 2 pizzas and were delicious for a late dinner for 3 in the room. They have a cart in the lobby that helped us carry all our luggage in the elevator to our room. The bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was good with different options, including eggs, hams, beans, sausages, jams, breads, juices, cereal, and fruits. The night staff helped us refrigerate our daughter's milk on their fridge because our room didn't have one, and this was a huge plus for us. The parking was a good price.

24 hour reception convenient for late arrival after getting off the ferry from Finland. Plenty of on site parking (chargeable). Ideal for our short overnight stopover.

room was comfortable, and clean. checkin was quick and easy with reception 24h value for money was very good., we have stayed at far worse for far more.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but solid continental buffet.

Big rooms. Comfortable. Clean. They'd put a baby crib in the room on our request and it was made with cute baby beddings. Kind staff.
