There is 24 hour reception and the staff were pleasant and helpful. On our first night we were amazed to be confronted with a big old television. We couldn't get it to work and nor could the staff member who came to help. Next day it was replaced by a flat screen tv. There were not many channels compared with similar places and we were surprised to see that it said it was analogue on the screen. Analogue? In 2023? If you want room service you must ask for it. We didn't use the bar or any of the hotel food facilities. Paying for the parking was okay.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room service was great for a late check-in. We ordered 2 pizzas and were delicious for a late dinner for 3 in the room. They have a cart in the lobby that helped us carry all our luggage in the elevator to our room. The bathroom was a good size. The breakfast was good with different options, including eggs, hams, beans, sausages, jams, breads, juices, cereal, and fruits. The night staff helped us refrigerate our daughter's milk on their fridge because our room didn't have one, and this was a huge plus for us. The parking was a good price.

Excellent location, just a few kilometers away from the main road from Sweden to Europe. A pleasant and silent place with a nice atmosphere, with a slight retro touch. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good parking place even for bigger cars.

24 hour reception convenient for late arrival after getting off the ferry from Finland. Plenty of on site parking (chargeable). Ideal for our short overnight stopover.

We checked out one day earlier and they paid one day back. That’s what I didn’t expect that and was really nice of them. Also the hotel is between Lübeck and Hamburg and it’s a good location if tourists want to see both cities

Big rooms. Comfortable. Clean. They'd put a baby crib in the room on our request and it was made with cute baby beddings. Kind staff.
